Grand Prize Winner:
After the deadline for submitting photos has passed, the Competition Sponsors will select a group of photos as finalists, which will then be voted on by the public during the voting period (April 1-30, 2017). The single photo with the most votes will be declared the grand prize winner and the club that was assigned by the applicant during the photo submission will receive the use of any trailer Flaman has, of the club’s choice up to a value of $15,000, free for one year. Some conditions may apply. Only photos with a Club assigned to them by the entrant at the time of submission will be eligible to be selected as a finalist for the Grand Prize. Only snowmobile clubs of Saskatchewan, Alberta, Manitoba and British Columbia are eligible to win the grand prize.

For each individual photo, voting will be limited to one vote per person per day. You may vote for more than one individual photo each day. You may only use one device to cast your vote for each photo. If it is discovered that attempts were made to vote more than once for the same photo by the same person, then all votes associated with that person would be void.

Examples of cheating include: trying to vote with different email accounts on the same photo to drive up the vote count.

Individual Winners:
A random draw will also be held from the total pool of eligible entries and 4 names will be drawn who will receive the individual prize of a two place Aluma Tilt trailer. There will be one winner from Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and British Columbia. Only residents of Saskatchewan, Alberta, Manitoba and British Columbia are eligible to win the Individual prize.

The winners of the Aluma trailer will be contacted by a Flaman representative and the winners are responsible to pick up their winning trailer from their nearest Flaman location. No trailer substitutions will be made.

Categories Winners:
The categories are grouped by province or state and category prizes will be on a per province/state basis. Each provincial/state association will select category winners by a panel of judges. Each association will determine the category prizes and each winner will be notified by an association member via email.

By entering this Competition, the entrants and participants automatically agree to accept and abide by these rules and regulations. All decisions of the Competition Sponsors and Judges with respect to any aspect of this Competition, including and without limitation to the eligibility of entries, are final and binding on all entrants in all matters as they relate to this Competition.

Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for the Competition Sponsors and their agencies to use winners’ names, cities and provinces/states of residence, and likenesses for purposes of advertising and publicity in any and all media - now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity - without further compensation, notification, or permission, unless prohibited by law.

Personal information collected from entrants will be used by Competition Sponsors for the purpose of administering this Competition. Competition Sponsors will not sell, share or otherwise disclose personal information of entrants with third parties.

By entering, I declare that I have read, understood and complied with the competition rules and decisions of the independent competition organization, which are final.
